Lets go Dancing

Have you some times wondered why some people CANNOT Dance? But they enjoin music like every other person, they snaps their fingers, nod their heads to the rhythm as the music plays, sing along along as the move plays. But when they make up their minds to make the moves as in Dance, you'll be very disappointed. They can't dance, no matter how they try. Some people don't even bother because they know that they are never cut for such. These are some of the reasons:

"I will Dance like David Danced"...... If you are Christian faithful, this phrase will not be strange to you. Long in the ages past, any form of worship without Dance is incomplete. Dance attracts the youth, of both sex, in any place of worship and it is usually the peak of worship. You name, in any form of worship, past, present and even in the future Dance will always take its leadership role in the house of Theatre Arts.

The biggest Mixed Pageantry in Africa, proved themselves again on the 2nd of October, 2016 at the Ruby Gardens, Lekki, when Gladiators who had conquered at stages, different regions in their beautiful cultural and glamorous attires had a glorious day.

Every thing in Life has a beginning, middle and end. I know Nigeria is in going through a process, a refining process for the better.

When is the best time to Dance? is it only at celebrations, or in sadness? Dance is the oldest art form, and it takes another special breed of artiste that can perform this art. So why is the Dance Art not excelling, in most societies in the World today? We dance consciously and unconsciously.

USE WHAT EVER MEDIA YOU BELONG - LET'S MAKE THE TRANSFORMATION.

I am so happy that one of the best Country's in the World, the Giant in the Sun, the largest moving human force in sub-Sahara, in intelligence, integrity, high self esteem is one year older today, my family both at home and in diaspora, join me in saying Happy Birthday NIGERIA, GOD BLESS NIGERIA, our beloved Country, where the Sun never sets.
So where are the poems, plays, the performances (dances, drum ensembles, songs), the paintings, fashion fares, pageantry, Musicians, to do our calling to contribute to the positive transformation, starting from our immediate societies.
Must we wait for the ruling or authorities that do not have the callings to understand us? They will never of cause and that's why they'll not support, approve our proposals. Support our ideas, see what we see, hear what we hear, because we are the CHOSEN ones.
This is not meant for Nigerian Artiste alone, but Artiste all over the World, we face different challenges, at different times, different ways, emotionally, financially, you name it, but I ask you will you permit these temporary set backs hold you back? Stop you from your God sent assignment to save, encourage, inform, sensitize, your society? Remember, you are unique, Apple in God's eye. Remember no true "transformer" got it on a platter of gold in the past in the Arts. We are misunderstood, misinterpreted, but remember, even God is misunderstood, so who are we to complain when the master Artist JEHOVAH, can never be understood.
